How to Book a Video Consultation

Once booked, you will receive a confirmation via email, SMS, or Call including the appointment details and a secure link for the consultation.

Privacy and Consent
By proceeding with a video consultation, you consent to the process, including potential recording for medical documentation (if applicable).

Patient Responsibilities
Be Prepared:

Join On Time:
Log in 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

Payment and Refunds
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or new appointment.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will not be refunded.
